Job Opening: HR Generalist
Description
The Human Resources Generalist’s primary responsibility is to run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. The role will assist the Human Resources Manager with various ad hoc requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll administrator
- Benefits administrator
- Employees management
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or organizational development
- Two years of experience in payroll or human resources department a plus
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment laws
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Be able to deal with emergencies
- Streamlining office operations
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Able to work independently to carry out tasks and ability to work within a team structure
- Basic Microsoft Word, Office 365, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of UKG system a plus
