Job Opening: Dispatcher

A great high-end manufacturing company in the city of Corona is searching for dispatcher to join their amazing team!!!

Dispatcher will be supporting customers and field service personnel.  Previous dispatch and customer service required.

Dispatcher Pay Rate: $20.00/ hour

Dispatcher Schedule: Mon-Fri

Time: 8:00am-5:00pm

Dispatcher Job Duties & Responsibilities’:

• Answer customer inbound telephone inquiries
• Make outbound sales calls to potential maintenance customers
• Work with home builders on warranty work, keeping them informed on progress
• Set appointments for field service personnel
• Determine who to send to each address based on company prioritization rules
• Keep customers informed about the status of their service call
• Review appointment update information from service personnel
• Professionally address and resolve issues with the occasional dissatisfied customer
• Computer skills a must
• Other office duties when call volume permits
