Job Opening: Customer Service Rep
Description
• Preparing quotes for customers and following up.
• Handling customer problems as they arise.
• Assuring customer satisfaction.
• Working with operations staff to service customers.
• Engage with customers both in-person and via phone.
• Process order and manage sales transactions.
• Proactively initiate sales through targeted customer outreach
• Coordinate efficiently between customers and internal departments.
Job Requirements:
• One year plus experience in sales/customer service.
• Fundamental math skills.
• Working well with others in an office environment.
• Team player, Time management, Able to Focus in a high pace environment.
• Will be sitting for long periods of time and working on a computer.
• Picking up reams of paper, no more than 15lb.
