Hours 8am to 5pm Mon-Friday OR 8:30am to 4:30pm 1/2 lunch
Pay $32 hourly
Job Overview:
The Human Resources Administrator/Business Partner (HRBP) plays a crucial role in aligning the organization’s people strategy with its business goals. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks and strategic HR responsibilities, ensuring that HR initiatives support the overall objectives of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Manage HR-related documentation and generate necessary reports.
- HR Spotlight
- Global Newsletter
- Global Census
- Global Org Chart
- Various other reporting as needed and required
- Utilize ADP to effectively maintain our HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Data entry
- Creating reports as needed and required
- Create and distribute badges
- Create internal Personnel Action Forms (PAFS) as needed and required
- Payroll:
- Collaborate with payroll as needed and required as it relates to:
- New Hires
- Terminations
- Promotions/Internal Changes
- Employee Relations:
- Employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
- Onboarding:
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Performance Management:
- Manage performance appraisal systems.
- Assign Performance Appraisals to managers within Perform Yard as needed
- Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Business Partner, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have intermediate Excel skills
