Warehouse Associate needed in the city of Burbank, Great pay and room to grow, Casual friendly environment, Small but mighty team.
Hours 9am to 6pm Mon-Friday
Pay $18 to $19 hourly
Warehouse Laborer in the trade show industry, you will be responsible for supporting the logistics and operations of trade show events. This includes the storage, organization, loading, unloading, assembly, disassembly, and transportation of trade show materials, booths, and exhibits.
You will ensure that all items are properly handled, prepared, and ready for shipment or event setup. Key Responsibilities:
• Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trade show materials, equipment, and displays from trucks and containers.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, ensuring all equipment and materials are cataloged, tracked, and stored properly in the warehouse.
• Assembly & Disassembly: Help with the assembly and disassembly of trade show booths, displays, and other event-related materials, ensuring they are in excellent condition.
• Packing & Shipping: Package exhibits, products, and equipment for shipment, ensuring they are properly secured and protected during transit.
• Organizing Warehouse: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse space, ensuring all materials and equipment are easily accessible for upcoming events.
•Equipment Maintenance: Assist with the maintenance of warehouse equipment and tools used in the setup and teardown process, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.
• Quality Control: Inspect materials and exhibits for damage before, during, and after events to ensure they meet quality standards.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse labor or trade show setup is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs or more).
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed for events.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for long periods.
- Ability to lift heavy materials, up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (depending on warehouse and event conditions).
