Job Opening: Production Control Clerk

Select Staffing is now hiring Production Control Clerk for Manufacturing Company in Brisbane, CA!
Pay Rate: $22-$25/hr. BOE
Shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, be flexible for OT and weekend

Job Responsibilities:

-Enters, updates production information on work orders as dictated by the Statement of Work (SOW) for each job.
– Ensures all necessary information for production is present on work order. If needed, follow up with the party responsible for the missing/incorrect information.
-Manages and keeps current samples on hand for inserts, envelopes, and printed output production samples.
-Tracks all job statuses to ensure all jobs meet their contractual deadlines.
-Performs final prep for docket upload.
-Scans digital copies of jobs to accounting department for billing purposes.
-Sends electronic copies of UPS logs and daily production totals to designated recipients at end of each business day.
-Other duties as assigned.
