Job Opening: Quality Compliance Coordinator

Local company that has become a market leading chemical services company for many industries including Manufacturing/Surface Finishing, Electronics/Semi-Conductor, Food & Beverage/Nutritional, Personal Care and Municipal/Industrial Water treatment is looking for Quality Compliance Coordinator. The Compliance Coordinator will work closely with Regulatory Compliance Manager to ensure all required objectives are met daily and on a professional level
Quality Compliance Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Create, update and maintain all sections of manuals, forms, work instructions, S.O.P.’s and policies as outlined in the Quality and EH&S management systems.
• Authorize the use of all procedures and work instructions, ensure new procedures, policies and work instructions are validated, verified, approved by Executive Management, trained and implemented.
• Documenting, verifying, and maintaining all quality logs and other records daily as outlined in the Quality and EH&S management systems. Certificate of Analysis (COA) reports Standard Operating Procedure (S.O.P.’s) review and updates
• Documents results from inspections/audits and prepares summary reports for upper-level management review.
- Organization of our SOPs & Work Instructions (document organization / naming conventions)
- Observing, verifying, validating, fine tuning and then training to our SOPs and Work Instructions to ensure company is always audit ready, compliant, in a safe work environment; document EEs are following SOPs/Work Instructions (trainings)
- Maintaining records / logs as to SOP/Work Instructions updates, trainings
- Reports & Documentation: Supplier Corrective Actions, Non-Conformance Reports, Customer/Supplier Surveys, COAs, EH&S Safety Training Documentation/Records, etc.
- Gathering / documenting PPE inspections / daily forklift pre/post inspections, spill kits, first aid kits, eye stations, fire extinguishers, etc.
Hours: 8 am – 5 pm

Pay $28- can vary on experience
- Technical writing skills (for SOPs / Work Instructions)
- Experience with reporting & documentation
- 2 years of training skills
