Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager (HRM) fluent in English and Vietnamese to join our team.
The HRM will oversee the execution of Human Resources policies and programs, with a strong emphasis on Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD). This role will involve managing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, and benefits planning, while driving the organization’s learning initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous development. Additionally, the HRM will be responsible for revising and establishing policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead the design, implementation, and management of L&OD programs that enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and development initiatives that align with business goals and employee growth.
• Design and implement performance management policies, including the development of KPIs and processes to establish a standardized performance management system within the company.
• Revise and establish additional policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the organization.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and ensure that learning solutions are tailored to meet organizational requirements.
• Manage all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the organization, promoting employee engagement and retention through development opportunities.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing workplace issues and conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Manage compensation and benefits planning, including wage analysis and structure.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to HR practices.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
• Fluent in English & Vietnamese
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
• Strong experience in L&OD, including curriculum design, training facilitation, and talent management.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent decision-making, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be tactful, courteous, and possess an ability to motivate others in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to gather and analyze information effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Learning and Organizational Development.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Experience with departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change is preferred.
Schedule:
• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
