Job Title: Recruiting Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Assistant to join our HR team and support our recruitment efforts.
Job Summary: The Recruiting Assistant will provide administrative support to the recruiting team, assist in the hiring process, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and provide timely feedback
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
