We are now looking for Technical Support for our client in the Manufacturing Industry!
Pay rate: $23-$28 DOE
Shift Time: 8am-5pm M-F
Job description:
?Technical Support
– Customer support (Hotline) via phone and e-mail for after sales
technical trouble shooting, technical questions
laboratory instruments.
-Internal technical sales support for back-office staff (customer
quotations, spare parts information, service parts information, etc.
-Good PC skills (hardware/software) MS word, Excel, Power point,
Outlook.
-Perform other duties as assigned

? Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):
-University/College Diploma, a bachelor’s degree or higher.
-3-5years work experience in technical customer service
-Proficient in MS office including Excel, and Word, Outlook(e-mail)
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Strong organizational skills and time management skills to
prioritize multiple tasks
-Strong analytical skills and attention to details
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Exceptional work ethic, energy, and drive
