Job Opening: Accounting Clerk

Hours are 7-4 or 6:30 to 3:30 Mon-Friday 

Pay range $22 to $28 DOE 

*March AP Automation Software (preferably Docuphase, iPayables and SHIMS)

*3-Way Match Invoice Processing (at least 300 invoices weekly) Payment Processing (Checks, ACH)

* Statement Reconciliation Vendor Management

*Invoice discount maximization

*Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Customer service

*Effective communication skills Time Management
