Job Opening: Customer Service Rep

We are now looking for an experienced Customer Service Rep for 3rd Party transportation company in Milpitas, CA!
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in coordinating.
Pay Rate: $22/hr. DOE
Shift Time: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Weekday OT is as required.
Job Duties
• Answer and assist business clients about concerns and issues via email, phone or direct as needed.
• Assist customer order with professional communication and attitudes
• Take clients order data, carrier routing, managing shipping issues
• Working with on-site staff and management teams to accomplish the overall goal to satisfy the customer.
• Working with freight and small package carriers
• Work includes but not limited to Customer Service
• Additional work may be assigned as needed

Core Requirements:
• Previous Customer Service experience is a must
• Previous 3PL and Logistics Industry experience is a plus
• FedEx Ship Manager/UPS shipping experience
• Have strong attention to detail
• Good experience with Word/Excel as needed
• WMS/MMS/ERP/CRM experience
• Must be able to 100% read/write/speak English
• Must have professional phone etiquette and solid customer service
