Select Staffing is now hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician for Non-Profit Organization in San Francisco, CA.
Pay Rate: $35.60-$39.55/hr. BOE
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
– Maintain a working knowledge of building systems and Facilities operations.
– Create work orders on demand from phone, email or verbal request, and process, assign and
update daily work orders and ensure proper communication to work order requester.
– Perform maintenance of interior and exterior buildings including painting, minor construction,
repairs, equipment and furniture installation.
– Maintain all building equipment, order supplies, tools, and keep an inventory.
– Maintains primary utilities’ systems. Heating system, elevators Checks and controls
water, gas and electric systems.
– Perform repairs and/or replacement of plumbing fixtures, valves and other devices as required.
– Perform re-lamping, repairs and/or replacement of electrical fixtures, devices and appliances as
-Perform carpentry work as required to repair windows, doors, hardware, screens and furniture
and some installation and dismantles as well as mechanical equipment trouble shot and repairs.
– Follow OSHA regulations for all projects, equipment operation, and chemical usage including
labeling, storage, disposal, and the use of personal protective equipment.
-Perform other maintenance duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
- 2 years of facilities maintenance experience
- Clean driving record
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Be able to lift 50 lbs.
