Hours: Monday – Friday 8-5 with an hour lunch

2-3 month contract opportunity!

$18-$26/hr based on experience 

This position requires working fully on-site in Albuquerque, NM.

Responsibilities

• Screening, recruiting, and interviewing potential candidates 
• On-boarding and training new employees
• Review and schedule interviews
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Accurately maintain employee files

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience recruiting for high volume clients in light industrial/ manufacturing
• Experience with MS Office- specifically Outlook and Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport with all employees and clients 
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
