Customer Service Specialist
Large automotive manufacturing company in Corona is hiring experienced Customer Service Specialist with excellent customer service skills.
Temp-Hire opportunity!
Customer Service Duties:
- Assist customers with issues and inquiries.
- Will be creating customer accounts, pricing, and processing returns.
- Archiving invoices, creating packing lists and other shipping documents.
- Assist in preparing inventory management, backorder and free stock.
- Assist all departments with reporting and backup documentation.
- Must have automotive industry experience.
- Must have SAP and ERP knowledge.
- Must be proficient in Excel.
Customer Service Schedule:
-
1st Shift 8am-4pm
Customer Service Pay:
-
$22 an hour
