Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the production team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
• Recruiting Support: Assist in recruiting production employees, communicating with staffing agencies to identify potential candidates to hire based on production needs.
• Communication Coordination: Serve as a liaison between production staff and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Scheduling and Planning: Assist in the planning and scheduling of production activities, ensuring all resources are allocated effectively.
• Data Management: Maintain and update production databases, ensuring accurate and timely information is available for all team members.
• Inventory Tracking: Monitor inventory levels of production supplies and materials, placing orders as necessary to ensure uninterrupted production processes.
• Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate production meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Problem Solving: Assist in identifying and resolving any administrative issues that arise during production processes.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software.
• Strong organizational skills
