Pay rate: $18.00
Weekly paycheck (ATM debit card or Direct Deposit)

Job Description:
Receive and palletize incoming returned products
Enter customer return information in the system database (Happy Returns, Gorgias, etc..) and other necessary reports to ensure customers are refunded in a timely manner
Quality inspect and assess return products
Execute refurbishment process for applicable products
Ensure the work area is neat, clean and organized daily
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through quality control of goods
Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project team performance
Train new hires to make sure they understand their roles and responsibilities
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures
Skills and qualifications:
Experience in handling & inspecting returns in other retail/distribution setting or experience in packaging multiple items into a finished product or relevant role
Ability to work physically: standing, moving and lifting of up to 55lbs in variable temperatures
Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
Able to use excel worksheets
Experience in a quality control environment
Have problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Time management and organizational skills
ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality
Basic computer skills and knowledge of collaboration tools
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
Experience with WMS systems preferred
