## Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assembly Lead to manage an assembly line. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of assembly operations and a passion for leadership.

Responsibilities:

– Supervise and coordinate the activities of the assembly team
– Ensure that all products are assembled properly and meet quality standards
– Train new team members on assembly procedures
– Identify and resolve assembly problems in a timely manner
– Maintain a clean and safe work environment
– Collaborate with other departments to improve assembly processes
– Monitor and control inventory of assembly materials
– Prepare reports on assembly line performance

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven work experience as an Assembly Lead or similar role in a manufacturing setting
– Strong understanding of assembly operations and procedures
– Excellent leadership and team management skills
– Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently
– Proficiency in using assembly tools and equipment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
