Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of previous Customer Service experience required
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Computer skills
• Able to multi-task
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
• Experience/ Knowledge of SAP 
• Bilingual English/ Spanish 
• Able to work independently

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound/multi-line phone and/or making outbound calls
• Processes/Inputs orders for assigned accounts, order changes and cancellations. Checks inventory. Places back orders as needed
• Double-checks prices, pallet quantities, lead time, et cetera on each order
• Cross-checks daily order entries performed by co-workers and compare to proof as well as provide one’s own work to co-worker for proofing.
• Provides daily information to Brokers on shortages, overages, late or missing orders, etc.
• Tracks late orders upon request and provides information to requestor.
• Processes credits and debits.
• Confirms shipments with trucking companies and distributors 
• Creates and mails invoices and verifies invoice payments 
• Signs calculation and value manifest 
• Will perform basic translation between English and Spanish 
• Other duties as assigned
