Select Staffing is looking for a full time Warehouse Counter Sales Rep in Albuquerque, NM. This is a contract to hire position.

The Counter Sales Rep is an outgoing, down to earth personality with high value of customer service to run the sales counter, of a busy insulation company. This position will also assist with operations and general labor of the warehouse.
- Interact with customers to establish ongoing value-added relationships (over the phone, via email/fax or walk in)
- Receive and process sales calls, quote requests, and product orders through delivery
- Take ownership of customer relationships and upsell products
- Quote, follow-up, and track lost sales reports, and expedite all customer inquiries and orders
- Coordinate with outside sales, purchasing, billing, management, and warehouse on any customer issue or orders
- Maintain knowledge of physical inventory, availability, and pricing
- Coordinate delivery to customers by arranging trucking routes to meet customer expectations
- Support customers with company return goods policy
- Arrange direct and/or hot shot deliveries to correct customer problems
- Process credit card transactions
- Assist in physical inventory with other branch personnel
- Participate in special projects as requested by management
Job Qualification/Requirements for the Warehouse Counter Sales Rep:
- 2 to 5 years of counter sales experience
- HS/GED
- Strong communication, organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Solid problem solving and consultative skills required
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally- verbally and in writing
- 5 years of customer service experience, retail is a plus
- Proficient in computer use
- Warehouse experience
