Job Responsibilities:

• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Understanding and operate laboratory or analytical equipment.
• Demonstrated proficiency using MS Office software (Excel, Access, etc.).
• Can operate cutting machines and high temperature equipment and has willingness to be trained in lay-up, curing, cutting and mechanical testing.
• Observe all company Health and Safety policies and utilize safe working practices.
• This includes maintaining housekeeping on a daily basis to meet company standards.
• Comply with all requirements established by Quality System.
• Carry out physical testing requirements to predefined specifications and standards, maintaining clear and concise records of the testing, and ensuring associated equipment meets the needs of specifications and the business alike.
• Work directly with supervision to maintain a clearly defined schedule for mechanical and analytical testing, ensuring resource requirements are communicated to all affected departments.
• Create and maintain close working relationship with all other lab employees, support the needs of the business as communicated by supervision, and ensure the communicated ‘Lab Rules’ are followed at all times.
