Job-Type: Full time / 8am to 5pm
Pay: $23-$24/hr
Schedule: During training period: M-F, then transition to regular schedule, which will be M,T, F, Sat, Sun (Wed/Thurs OFF, Weekends Required**)
Dates available for interviews: Anytime, M-F
Job Description: We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative with experience in freight forwarding. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer concerns. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Effectively schedule air bookings
- Ensure the complete and timely delivery of freight
- Process paperwork through the Company’s system
- Computer skills
- Coordinate airport drops/pick ups
- Inventory Control
- Experience in freight forwarding preferred
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree required
