• Record-Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of tool and equipment transactions, repairs, maintenance, and inspections. This information is essential for tracking the history and condition of tools.
• Organization: Ensuring that the tool room is well-organized, with tools and equipment stored in a logical manner to facilitate quick and efficient retrieval.
• Reporting: Generating reports on tool and equipment usage, availability, and other relevant metrics. These reports can be used by management to make informed decisions.
