Local Agriculture company is looking for an Bilingual Audit Admin Assistant
to join their team.
The Bilingual Audit Admin Assistant
will provide admin support to management.
Responsibilities:
Email correspondence, generate and distribute memos, letter, spreadsheet and forms.
Manage front desk operations, greeting guests who enter the office and act as first point of contact for employee, candidates and vendors.
Answer and direct phone calls, email correspondence, meeting minutes, coordinating meeting agendas, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments and maintain a clean office environment.
Oversee and order supplies, food deliveries, stock supply stations, and make sure equipment is in working order.
Maintain workflow by analyzing and refining standard operating procedures, such as scheduling, communications, etc.
Plan, organize and schedule company meetings occurring in office, offsite and via video conference.
Other task as assigned.
Bilingual Spanish/English
Business Degree or certificate
Minimum of 5 years administrative support
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
