Job Opening: Production/Sanitation

We are now hiring for a Production/Sanitation position in Gilroy.

Payrate: $17.00 /hour.
Shift: 5: 30AM-2:30 PM

Responsibilities:
• Associate will be responsible for conducting sanitation responsibilities to include wiping down machines, sanitizing machines and maintaining a clean facility.
• Work performed will adhere to food safety, food defense, GMP and sanitation procedures and equipment as required.
• Willingness to perform routine manual work; physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position; ability to follow verbal instructions: the ability to read cleaning agent labels and instructions.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment, containers, packing and processing facilities as required to meet industry standards using the appropriate equipment.
• Performs inspection as required for HACCP and GMP programs and adheres to all HACCP AND GMP program documentation and check requirements pertaining to the position.
Environment:
• Warehouse/Packing facility. Temperature is approx. 65 degrees.
