Description
We are now hiring for an Account Clerk in Salinas CA.
Payrate: $42 an hour
Job Summary: Performs a variety of routine and nonroutine clerical and accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures in one or more of the following areas: general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related financial area. Reconciles bank accounts, posts information, and balances general or subsidiary ledgers, processes payments, and compiles segments of monthly closings, periodic reporting, etc. Contacts other departments and/or outside agencies to resolve problems.
Account Clerk Requirements:
- Previous accounting experience a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Computer skills
- Able to multi-task
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Able to work independently.
