Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist with Department coordinating while instilling a positive and productive work environment.
Our client is one of the leading Logistics companies in the country.
This is a temp to hire position!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate customer service team:
- Overseeing Customer accounts within a call center or an office environment
- Coordinate the tasks and duties of the team throughout the shift
- Answer Customer questions and provide the proper guidance
- Customer order entries through SAP
- Complete all training requirements in a timely manner, to include vertical alliance training,
Provide direct customer support:
- Respond directly to customers who need assistance through phone calls and emails
- Provide quick resolution to issues and questions during department peak times especially and throughout the shift as needed
- Utilize SAP to resolve customer order issues.
Review and resolve escalations:
- Handle escalated customer related questions and concerns.
- Identify solutions to address the customer’s query
- Direct customer to the proper department to provide assistance and resolution
Requirements:
- Previous work experience in a Customer Service role in the Logistics Industry
- Able to sit for 8 hours
- Microsoft Office
- SAP
