We are now looking for an Front Desk Receptionist/Admin Support for our client located in San Jose! Pay Rate: $20-$25 DOE Shift Time: 9am-5pm Temporary 40 days Job Responsibilities: – Answer/ Transfer Calls -Using Professional phone etiquette when speaking with clients -Cleaning Conference room -Scheduling meetings – Filing, scanning, and copying documents – Uploading document information into computer system – Assist customers with excellent customer service Job Requirements: • High School Graduate or GED Certificate. • Great Telephone and Communication Skills. • Ability to work in a high paced environment. • 1+ years Customer Service experience. • Great Computer skills required If interested, please APPLY NOW!
