Company, located in Kingsburg, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. We specialize in feed and stock, and the Maintenance Mechanic will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our facility.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Assist with equipment installations and upgrades as needed
- Safety, inventory and maintenance processes and procedures
- Computer systems to create spreadsheets
- Technical and mechanical systems related to operation

Shift: Graveyard
Pay: DOE $16-$22

REQUIREMENTS:
- College coursework in technical field with related coursework desired
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in feed mill maintenance, industrial, or a production environment.
- MS Office – Excel and Word Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize successfully

- Maintain high quality control standards; effectively problem-solve, supervise and troubleshoot
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff throughout the organization
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Evaluate employees fairly and objectively
- Work flexible hours; on-call availability, OT, and rotating weekends.
