Responsibilities:
– Utilize an ERP system to generate and transfer pick tickets to the warehouse for efficient order fulfillment.
– Follow up with customers to confirm order pick-up dates and ensure timely delivery.
– Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
– Prepare and distribute end-of-month reports to various stakeholders.
– Demonstrate proficiency in typing, with a minimum speed of 45 words per minute.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a winery or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of winery operations and warehouse processes.
- Proficiency in working with an ERP system to generate and transfer pick tickets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
