Job Opening: Office Administrator
Description
Construction company in Santa Maria is seeking for an Office Administrator to join their team.
The Office Administrator will perform general administrative duties for the accounting department.
Shift: 8:00AM – 4:30PM | Monday – Friday | Rate if Pay: $23.00/hr.
Responsibility:
Assist with admin and accounting using companies software.
Assist with other departments with helping costumer or sales with will orders.
Provide clerical support verifying accuracy of daily tickets, maintain proof or delivery records and assure that correct pricing is entered in accounting process.
Assist in verifying quotes against picked orders and Purchase Orders on file.
Provide support on daily logs to confirm fees and stand by charges.
Process credit and any transaction as needed.
Assist accounting manager with monthly close out process and admin with additional monthly process.
Communicate with sales, production and other departments of any change or orders in any project.
Other duties as assigned.
2+ years' Administrative Experience
1 year Accounting Experience
