Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday 1:00 am – 10:30 am

Responsibilities:
• Assist receiving with the help of inbound driver.
• Counting, weighing, verifying product.
• Labeling, Stocking, filleting fish for next day inventory.
• Clean up and sanitation.
Filleter Warehouse Requirements:
• Knowledge of equipment use forklift, pallet jack, hand truck.
• Ability to handle packages of up to 40 pounds with material handling equipment provided.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers in a professional manner.
• Ability to function productively in extreme temperature fluctuations.
• Ability to read, speak and write in English.
• Ability to read a digital scale.
