Job Opening: Customer Service Rep

Logistics company in city of Pico Rivera is in need of a Customer Service Rep
work schedule: Monday -Friday 8am – 5pm
Job duties:
- Will work as a liaison between the warehouse and clients as well as report directly to the Customer Service and Operations Manager.
- Working collaboratively to find solutions and fill gaps while also ensuring a seamless process and communication chain between RSL and their clients.
- Daily objectives include; responding directly to customers who need assistance in regard to their shipments, and accounts through phone calls, and emails.
- Provide in-depth resolutions and updates concerning shipments.
- Act as the voice of the warehouse when articulating action items, timeliness, process, and costs associated with the client’s specific needs.
- Responsible for the email queue in which the request arrives Monitoring and controlling Jobs process Document damaged product.
