Job Description:
- Enter sales orders and Invoicing customers daily
- Emailing out statements to customers
- Open incoming mail and distributing to correct department receiving and posting payments, collections, communicating with sales reps through emails
- Keeping track of trouble files and following up on files for resolutions
- Running reports for management
- Preparing bank deposits
- Answering phones, and performing some clerical tasks
- Communicating with customers
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Help maintain the budget plan
- Organize and schedule meetings and events
- Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
