Job Opening: Molder
Description
1st shift, starting at 6am and 11am
2nd shift, starting at 2PM
Will be packing product by placing it in bags, film and or containers. Will be stacking product on pallets and handling pre-set up of the bottle un-scrambler machine. Will ensure that the machines are running efficiently. Will also be checking product for proper sealing, filling, quality and appropriate date code, lot number, case label and expiration date. Perform CP on dryer. Ensure cotija grinder is clean and sanitized prior to starting the molding process. Ensure molding machines are clean and sanitized prior to starting the molding process.
- Assemble and disassemble the molding machine
- Check product weight
- Ensure proper quality
- Effectively operate spray dryer and other equipment
- Start up and shut down dryer efficiently to meet production needs
- Mold and de-mold cheese
Stock molds, place molds on press carts, clean and sanitized cheese press carts
Fill product into molds, Cut Cheese in draining table per standards operating procedures (SOPs) assist in demolding cheese onto carts and presses.
Ensure quality specifications and being met according to SOP’s
Maintain work area clean and well organize
