Job Duties:

  • Work closely with engineering to troubleshoot and improve assembly processes.

Responsibilities:
• Unload incoming raw product from flatbeds using 12 pallet forklifts

Shift Time: Second Shift 40 Hours per week, Monday – Friday & Sat

Responsibilities:
Pre-Stage
• At the beginning of the shift and throughout, obtain Pick Tickets from the Shipping office. Pick Tickets contain customer order information such as, type of product and quantity that needs to be pulled from the warehouse to fill an order. Pick and scan items of finished product from the warehouse and enter quantities into the scanner gun.
• Build pallets of finished goods for customer orders, place a sticker on the pallet to identify which order the pallet/product belongs to, place in the staging rack, and complete the Load Chart
• Read and follow special instructions on the Pick Ticket.

Load Trucks
• Conduct pre-inspection of the trailer to ensure it is clean, proper temperature, note damage to the trailer, etc. Complete the pre-inspection form which is on the Load Tag document. Inform a supervisor if the trailer does not pass pre-inspection.
• While using a forklift, go to staging area, get pallets of product for the order, verify counts, and load the truck. Verify counts by reading the Pick Ticket already filled out during pre-stage and by writing the counts on the blank Pick-Ticket.

Rotation
• Take pallets of finished product from Production and place in the warehouse.
• Rotate product based on FIFO.
• Using an Inventory Sheet, perform cycle counts, counting the product, and confirming quantities in the warehouse.

  • Open cartons, bundles, and other containers to count items and/or weigh materials to determine quantity on hand. Weigh and mark product displaying the remaining product left

Job Duties of the Teacher:

  • Use appropriately modified assessment tools to evaluate a student’s current level of functioning as it relates to areas of academics to develop comprehensive interdisciplinary educational plans
  • Regularly evaluate and report on student progress and identify their strengths and needs to assist the team in making program modifications
  • Prepare reports of progress and complete appropriate documentation and data collections
  • Design an appropriate learning environment incorporating appropriate assistive technologies and multi-sensory materials
  • Develop and implement instructional activities based on established curriculum with the goal of maximizing communication and participation opportunities
  • Manage students Individual Education Plans, Behavior Support Plans, Individual Transition Plans, and complete Special Circumstances Instructional Assistance packets
  • Supervise Senior Instructional Assistants, Instructional Assistants, and volunteers; This includes preparing performance evaluations, training and scheduling activities
  • Working collaboratively with families, honoring and valuing input, training and educating
  • Collaborate with other Teachers, Therapists, Education Coordinators, and Executive Director as needed

  • Special Education Teacher Credential or Internship Credential authorizing the individual to provide instruction to students with Autism
  • Must have the Extensive Support Needs credential to qualify for assisting students with Autism
  • Experienced in working with children with moderate to severe cases of Autism
  • Education, training and /or work experience developing education programs
  • Knowledge of special education principles and strategies as applied to children with Autism
  • Knowledge of augmentative & alternative communication principles and strategies, and technology applications currently available in the field
