All W-2s for Select associates are mailed out by January 31. As of February 6, you can create one reprint for free. After the first reprint, you will be charged $10 for each additional reprint.
Visit http://www.paperlessemployee.com/associates and click Create an Account. You'll need your Social Security Number and the first 3 letters of your last name. If a log-in was created in any previous year, you can use the same User ID and Password.
You can also call the W-2 hotline to have your credentials reset if needed. You may also opt to receive future W-2s electronically rather than by mail. By signing up to receive your W-2s electronically, you will receive your W-2s earlier and avoid the risk of having them lost in the mail.
