Drive TE's Operational Advantage- Procurement (TEOA-P) program, an initiative to drive more efficient processes and operational productivity through the ICT Procurement organization. Working with the Internal Audit function to ensure compliance to policies and procedures related to Procurement. Manage process improvements in applications supporting Procurement functions. Also, this person need to be accountable for providing analysis about anomaly of all the key performance indicators. Specifically productivity and enforce the goals of the organization.
This position will be responsible to manage areas within the Business Process Team including, but not limited to the following:
Lead strategic deployment of the TEOA-P initiatives across ICT global procurement.
Identify areas of opportunity to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
Benchmarks against world-leading companies and other BU’s within TE. Drive training globally for procurement processes. Cascade best practices quickly and effectively across global Procurement. Help to create stronger cross-functional linkages. Establish long-term plan to drive contemporary procurement tools.
Lead TEOA-P as a culture across the group and provide coaching/mentoring
Demonstrated experience driving organizational change using lean concepts such as value stream mapping. Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi-discipline team environment.
Employ organizational skills and managing a diverse workload for multiple customers.
Demonstrated experience facilitating improvement teams that produced verifiable results. Project management, data analysis experience and the ability to analyze data and use critical thinking to reach logical conclusions.
Communicate a compelling need for change and helps establish a vision for improvement
Collects& defines Business Requirements and Uses a variety of standard and advanced techniques in the elicitation, analysis and management of requirements.

This position will work with our sales, service, production, and administrative departments to ensure the highest level of satisfaction to our customers. In addition, our Customer Service Representatives are the point of contact for all customer questions and concerns. They are responsible to provide prompt problem resolution within customer accounts, primarily by working over the phone with customers and keying information into the AS/400 database system.
