Part-Time to Full Time hours available at a Pueblo plant based on candy production needs. Minimum hours per week 4 and up to 40, depending on jobsite needs. Shifts available based on Day-to-Day operational requirements, typically mornings with some mid-day shifts. Standard availability 7 days per week with weekends requested as demand for product increases. Hours available may increase as weather warms up. FOR OVERTIME) JOB DESCRIPTION Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product. Possible Job Duties and Responsibilities: Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process. Determine work assignments and procedures. Shovel and sweep work areas. Provide assistance in the production of wiring assemblies. “Work skills” training will be provided to familiarize you with the various processes on the shop floor. Skills and Competencies: Team player and detail oriented. Warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred, but not required. **Mandatory overtime is often required. This can mean up to 11 hours per day and up to 5-6 days per week.
