Job Purpose: Candidates must be able to adhere to existing procedures in the physical loading of vehicles and equipment into ocean containers utilizing safe practices. Adhere to current and future company policies so as to prevent any damages to vehicles during the initial shipping process from factory to container. Develop and continue to grow knowledge of loading procedures to support and strengthen customer relationships, product safety, personal safety and careful handling. Duties and Responsibilities: • Move equipment and vehicles from line to shipping container • Install straps, braces, and padding to loads in order to prevent shifting or damage during shipment • Prepare all shipping materials for daily use, inventory control reporting and future shipment usage • Inspect equipment - properly and accurately fill out paperwork • Route goods and vehicles to appropriate storage areas or departments, using forklifts, hand trucks, or other lifting equipment • Carry out the methods to support existing procedures and prevent physical injury and/or damages to vehicles during the loading process • Work effectively and efficiently in a team environment • Complete all work in an efficient and timely manner • Maintain the work areas in a clean and orderly fashion • Follow all current/future company policies and procedures • Adhere to safety practices at all times • Help in other areas as needed • Other duties as assigned Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Job duties Loading and unloading merchandise from containers, either out in the yard or in warehouse. (weight approx. 40-100lbs) Work area needs to be clean from debris. Checking loads are secure. JOB OVERVIEW: The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for all aspects of the quality programs and functions. These include maintaining all HACCP, food safety records, plant audits, mock recall programs and training the plant on these issues and procedures. Performs testing to validate the microbiological quality of current and new ingredients, suppliers, and packages. Provides test data to assure the production of high quality products. Tests current and new concentrate ingredients in process and finished concentrates, and beverages products in development and finished products. The QC Technician will also work with the R&D Team on new product launches.
