The Order Entry Clerk must be dynamic, professional & experienced working as an order entry clerk in different or similar settings. You’ll need a high level of competence at obtaining & entering orders in a professional manner, identifying & flagging problems in orders & taking rectification measures. You will need to follow-up on filled orders & address customers’ concerns daily. Order entry is all about speed, accuracy, & attention to detail. An order entry clerk enters information into computer databases for effective record keeping.
